Qi gong and Tai Chi Chuan

The museum offers, under the silent guidance of the instructor, regular free sessions of Tai chi chuan and Qi gong. 

Chinese martial art, Tai chi chuan is based on the laws of yin and yang. Flexible and gentle practice, accessible to all regardless of age, it gives the appearance of a fight. Slow and continuous movements strengthen the body, soothe the mind and help the energy to circulate.

Sessions are held on Saturday morning at 10.30 a.m. every two weeks from Octobre to June.

Sessions will be cancelled in bad weather.
