Qi gong and Tai Chi Chuan

Qi gong and Tai Chi Chuan.

Saturday 10.30 to 11.30, alternating: (except July and August) :

  • 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month: The art of living – Breathing energy – an introduction to Qi Gong;
  • 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month: Outdoor practice – an introduction to Tai Chi Chuan

Sessions are held on the museum terrace and are open to everyone free of charge.
Sessions will be cancelled in the event of bad weather.
